Requirements Analysis and Specifications
Not getting the most out of your iMIS? We have years of experience in helping you maximise what you have, identifying what you need, and purging what is of no benefit.
Installations and Upgrades
Whether you are a new or existing iMIS client, we are happy to make sure that your installation or upgrade is as smooth as possible. Either we can do the work for you, or even just assist your team in a support role.
Training
Our friendly and professional training can be administered 1-on-1 or in a classroom environment, in person or even remotely. Training is available in many of the iMIS Modules, System Administration and also Crystal Reports.
Report Development
Reporting is a major element to any database, and we want to make sure that your reports are working for you. We will build reports for raw data, management reports and forms (invoices, receipts, orders etc) using the appropriate application.
Documentation
We believe that documentation is the plaster binding the users and administrators to the solutions implemented. We will write documents for any or all of the following for you:
